our 3-step process
When considering placement for your students, we recommend the following three steps.
Step 1
First, start with our All About Beauty & Truth Math video to understand how our curriculum is structured.
Step 2
Second, look over the Guides’ Big Ideas covered each year to get a general sense of where your student lands. (The link will open a PDF document in a new tab.)
Step 3
Finally, once you have a general idea of what year your student could be placed in, you can see the Guides’ Details to see how each week is broken down. (Once again, the link will open a PDF document in a new tab.)
Making the Transition Smooth
As far as making the transition more manageable, we’ve found that parents who take time to sit down with their kiddos and explain the change in curriculum and the reasons for it tend to have the smoothest transition.
Moreover, many of our customers have found that dedicating an hour or two in order to familiarize themselves with our curriculum is a valuable investment. This understanding can equip you with the knowledge to effectively support your student’s learning journey.
