This is our first guide written TO the student with a corresponding teacher guide. In these guides, students typically complete 50-75% of each lesson independently without the teacher’s assistance. The lessons include at least one teacher check-in, providing opportunities for discussion and assessment.
Beginning in Term 3, students will need a scientific calculator. We provide links to both physical and online (free) options in the guide.
Due to the large number of updates and changes to this guide, the 2025-2026 year will be its pilot year. This means it may receive some updates and changes in the Summer of 2026. All updates are free to our customers.
All bundle products include access to the full year of printables.
Intro to Algebra is written using a variety of resources, including resources used in Charlotte Mason’s schools and public domain algebra books. No additional texts are needed. Lessons are scheduled once a week. The maximum lesson time is 30 minutes.
